Sisters Fiona and Felina are definitely showstoppers! These two beautiful girls consistently get rave reviews for their unusual coloring and markings when shelter visitors stop by to spend time in the Cat Palace. Super soft silver undercoats and dark grey stripes and spots give them a bit of a “jungle” look, but their sweet temperament and affectionate demeanor are anything but “wild”. The little ladies would be a purr-fect addition to a family looking for affectionate and strikingly beautiful cats.
Fiona and Felina arrived at the shelter as very young kittens in January. Although already ten months old, they are very small cats and will likely keep their kittenish looks for life. These young girls enjoy a frisky morning, playing and chasing with the other young cats. But the rest of the day is usually spent relaxing in a sun spot, a high perch, or snuggling up with the older cats who have “adopted” them as their brood. Adopting these girls would give you the best of both worlds, a constant kitten-size companion without the need for constant supervision of kitten hyperactivity.
The sisters are healthy, vaccinated, sterilized and will be chipped on adoption. While they do have a bond with each other, they are content to be alone or with other cats so they can be adopted as a pair or alone. You can visit Felina and Fiona and all the other residents both feline and canine at the Animal Shelter Bonaire. Located at Kaminda Lagun 26, opening hours are Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 3- 5 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. nonstop.
